COMPANY POLICY

HERE IS NO SMOKING OR EATING IN THE LIMOUSINES OR SEDANS. 

The client assumes full responsibility for his/her guests in regards to the consumption of all alcoholic beverages and agrees to pay all replacement value of any articles that are damaged, broken or missing inside the limousine or sedan.
The client assumes full responsibility for personal articles brought into the vehicle and indemnifies RC’s Affordable Limousine Service against claims or damages related to items brought to, or left inside the limousine or sedan. 

RC’s Affordable Limousine Service is further indemnified against claims for being late for specific schedules in which vehicle break-downs or road hazards such as traffic back-ups, flat tires or detours are the cause for the client being late. 

Overtime will be charged by the usual hourly rate for late flight arrivals and time checking through customs at airports.

Major traffic back-ups are also conditions for which Overtime will be charged. RC’s Affordable Limousine Service does not condone the hiring of our vehicles for illegal purposes.

If the client or his/her guests verbally or physically threaten or abuse the chauffeur, demand that the chauffeur drive into unsafe areas, hang out of windows, cause any physical damage to the vehicle, use any drugs or illegal substances in the back of the limousine or sedan, or if the chauffeur determines that a minor (under the age of 21) is using drugs or consuming alcohol, the service will be terminated with absolutely no refunds of any monies.
